As the college ministry of Christ Fellowship Church, our primary goal is to glorify God by making disciples of college students and supporting the ministry of our local church. There are three primary ways we would encourage college students to get plugged in:

1. church INVOLVEMENT

While this may sound simple, we believe involvement in a local church is critically important for growth in Christ-likeness for men and women of all ages. The local church is where you are a part of the living, breathing body of Christ (Eph. 1:22-23; Col. 1:18) and his beloved bride (Rev. 19:7-9). It is where we worship with the fellowship of saints, hear the word preached, and see the ordinances (baptism and the Lord's Supper) practiced. When a local church lives as a true, sacrificial community it serves as a sign to the world of a future kingdom that is to come, a picture of the great grace the gospel offers us.

2. GROWTH GROUPS

Although not mandated in Scripture, involvement in a small group setting can be an effective help in growing more into the image of Christ. We believe that the most effective discipleship happens in the midst of relationships with other people. At Christ Fellowship Church, our growth groups meet in homes and are comprised of men and women of all ages. These relationships provide rich friendships, deep discussions, and opportunities to learn from other Christian disciples. For more information on growth groups, head here.

3. College events

We believe involvement in the local church and involvement in growth groups are of utmost importance; however, we also believe it is important for college students to meet regularly with other college students in an effort to encourage one another, pray for one another, and spur one another on to growth in godliness. To that end, we have regularly scheduled college events each month, which allow college students to come together in a time of fellowship and spiritual growth.
