Sermon: "Paul’s Epistle to the Philippians: Confidence that Kills and Confidence that Makes Alive"

The preaching passage: Philippians 3:1-11

This Sunday we will continue our sermon series, "Paul's Epistle to the Philippians." It is our prayer that our study of this book will lead our church to a deeper understanding of who we are in Christ and what Christ has called us to as an extension of his body in Birmingham. This Sunday, we will think about confidence in the flesh vs. confidence in Christ and why that issue is presently and eternally signficant.
